Complete production and packaging lines(77)

Packaging lines are very common in all industrial sectors, especially in all those companies where large volume production batches are managed. A complete line is nothing more than a chain of machines where all machines are interfaced with each other. Upstream we find the machine used for the first initial phase of packaging and then all the other machines, up to the end of the line where the last machine manages the last phase of the packed product. Packaging lines carry out the packaging of any type of industrial product and above all the packaging in any format. We can have complete packaging lines for liquid, solid, semi-solid and semi-liquid products. The functioning of the packaging line is very simple. The basic concept is to automate the entire production cycle, simplifying and trying to reduce as much as possible the intervention of the human operator. When assembling a packaging line it is important to pay attention to the compatibility of the machines making up the line. It is also important to bear in mind that the production efficiency of the entire line is never the sum of the efficiency of the individual machines. Therefore, particular attention must be paid to the technical solutions adopted to connect the machines each other when assembling the line. The complete packaging lines start from the primary packaging to arrive, at the most automated solutions, up to the tertiary packaging. The industrial area reserved for the line is often intelligently divided, through the use of partition walls, to ensure that the area intended for primary packaging (packaging in contact with the actual product) is not directly communicating with the rest of the line. This technical solution is adopted in order to avoid possible contamination of the packaged product.
