Granulators - Homogenizers - Mixers(56)

Granulators, homogenizers and mixers are process machines, used for liquid products, viscous products such as creams, suspensions and emulsions or powder products for different sectors of activity (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, agri-food, industrial, chemical). The homogenizer or mixer is needed to make a uniform product, thanks to a high pressure micronization process that allows the reduction of the size of the particles suspended in the product. The granulation process consists of coupling powder particles to create larger particles called granules. These substances are either intended for direct use and they will have to be processed again by other process machinery to form, for example, capsules or tablets. All parts of these machines are made of 316L stainless steel as they are in direct contact with the primary product. Each machine has a different capacity according its final use whether for small laboratory productions or for large industrial batches production.
