Labelling machines(159)

Labelling machine is a machine used in many sectors of activity and for an infinite number of products: bottles, ampouls, vials, cases, caps, cartons, jars, tubes, blow fill and seal, etc.. There are many different types of labelling machines depending on the label to be applied and the shape of the container: single label, double labels (front and back), wrap around labels, top and bottom, seal... The products to be labelled are loaded manually (by an operator) or automatically (thanks to an infeed belt). If the product is unstable (as in the case of ampoules), there will be a starwheel that will transport them to the labelling station, where the label will be applied to the product. Other labelling machines, on the other hand, include a conveyor belt with adjustable guides where the products will be labelled on one or more sides according to the chosen settings. Usually the labellers are equipped with a label presence control which rejects products that are not labelled or not correctly labelled.
